We are big believers in finding fun ways to feel good in your body, through restorative movement and mindful eating. As the evenings are colder, we can often feel less energised or motivated to take care of ourselves, and so Sarah Lindsay of SALA Studio and Megan May of Little Bird Kitchen have designed this nourishing and restorative Yoga and Brunch Workshop to celebrate balance and invite renewal.
