Our eGift cards are a great way to give the gift of a Ponsonby Central experience!
These gift cards can be used at our restaurants, eateries, retail stores & cinema.

Your Ponsonby Central eGift Card can be used at our restaurants, eateries, retail and service stores. They are not accepted as payment for parking in our car park, at our temporary pop-up stores or Riverside Reloved.
Your Ponsonby Central eGift Card may not be returned or redeemed for cash or be used towards the purchase of another gift card.
Any unused value on the eGift Card expires 36 months after date of issue.
Ponsonby Central is not responsible if an eGift Card is lost, altered, damaged, destroyed or stolen, or used without permission.
Redeeming your eGift Card
To redeem your Ponsonby Central eGift Card take an electronic or printed copy of your eGift Card into any participating Ponsonby Central venue.
Your eGift Card can be used for full or part payment of goods at the time of purchase. The amount of any purchase will be deducted from the eGift Card balance.
If you are unsure if you are able to use your gift card, please check with the individual venue prior to purchase.
Purchasing Gift Cards
You're on the right page! Simply complete the following steps:
1. Select the 'Purchase Gift Cards' button on this page above
2. Select the desired eGift design
3. Choose whether to send the eGift via SMS or email
4. Choose the eGift value and quantity
5. Enter the recipients name and mobile number/email where applicable
6. Personalise your eGift with a short message
7. Schedule your eGift to send same day or on a specific date in the future – perfect for a birthday or Christmas Day!
Before heading to the checkout, you will be asked to create an account to verify your email address. Keep hold of these details as they can later be used if you need to log on to check any details of your order. You will receive an order confirmation to your email once your order has been successfully placed. Another email notification will be sent to you once the recipient has opened their eGift.
We use Windcave to process your credit card transactions. Windcave is a level 1, PCI compliant online payment solution. For any security queries you can find the full details here.
Log in with the email address and password you created when you made your purchase here. Access the Transactions tab to view all previous eGift orders.
Log in to your eGift account here and check the Transactions tab. Find the eGift in question and click on Details to double check the mobile or email address you entered is correct. If not, please contact us here so that we can update and resend the eGift. If the details are correct, please ask the recipient to double check their junk/spam folder. If still no luck, please let us know so that we can investigate further for you.
Double check that your email address and password are correct. If you’re not sure, you can use the Forgotten Password function here. Please also check that you have registered correctly. Once you complete the registration form you will receive an email with an activation link. If you do not click on the activation link then your account has not registered yet and you cannot log in.
If the wrong mobile or email address has been entered, please contact us here and we can update and resend the eGift.
You can use the forgotten password function here. Enter the email address that you originally registered with and we will send you a reset password email. Click on the link in your email to reset your new password.
We only offer e-Gift cards, however you are welcome to print these off for the recipient.
We have a number of security rules in place to mitigate fraudulent transactions. Your account may have been automatically flagged and put on hold because of this. If you think this might be a mistake, please contact us here so that we can reactivate your account.
Redeeming Gift Cards
Click on the link in your email or SMS to open your eGift. It will contain a unique QR barcode. Simply present this when you are paying at your chosen Ponsonby Central venue. They will scan or manually enter your eGift number to redeem your eGift at time of purchase. You can also download them to your device.
Alternatively you can use your eGift from Gift Wallet to redeem at the time of purchase. You can download Gift Wallet here.
Please note that you must have an active internet connection in order to open your eGift email and access the eGift via the link. You can always screenshot or print the eGift if you do not.
You can use your eGift at Ponsonby Central venues. This includes restaurants, eateries, retail and service stores. You are unable to use your eGift to pay for parking in our car park, at our temporary pop-up stores or at Riverside Reloved. Please note, there may be a time period for new venues where they don't accept gift cards when they first open. If you are unsure, please check directly with the business before your visit.
The balance in the top right hand corner of your eGift will automatically update each time you redeem it. You can also login here with your card number and pin to view your balance.
Your eGift will expire 36 months from purchase. After this time your eGift will no longer be valid. Please note, we do not extend the life of our eGifts Cards or offer refunds so make sure you use them within the 36 month period.
You can double check your email inbox for the original email containing your eGift. If no luck, please contact us here and someone can resend the eGift to you. Please make sure that you have your order number handy!
