The Boardroom
Our Boardroom is located on Level 1, 8 Brown St. It is an ideal location for a meeting or gathering for up to 20 people. This 42sqm space is fully air-conditioned and private with a concealed kitchenette. A fridge, glassware and chilled water is provided. There is an 85" screen with camera for conference calls and presentations as well as a large whiteboard. The room also includes a sound system for plug and play music. The boardroom has direct access to the laneway where you can find your coffee fix.

Meeting Room
The Meeting Room run by The Village, is located upstairs at 4 Brown St. It is an ideal location for a meeting or small workshop. This 13sqm space seats up to ten people around a large rustic table, is fully air-conditioned, and your meeting can be screened off for privacy behind a large sliding barn door. The room includes a TV screen with HDMI connection, WIFI and a whiteboard.

The Village
The Village is a co-working and event space located on Level 1 at 4 Brown Street in Ponsonby Central.
Designed for modern ways of working, it offers flexible co-working memberships, dedicated desks, private offices, and bookable meeting rooms and boardrooms. The spaces are thoughtfully designed to be calm, functional, and considered, supporting focus without feeling corporate.
Outside business hours, The Village becomes a flexible venue for commercial and private events. The space can be configured for conferences, brand activations, launches, photoshoots, workshops, and celebrations.
