The Sapphire Room
The Sapphire Room is a beautifully versatile venue, ideal for parties, weddings, corporate events and off-site meetings. Oversized barn doors allow the space to be divided into two rooms, so you can hire one or both depending on your guest numbers and event style.
As a naked hire venue, you’re free to bring in your own glassware and styling, while we provide a fully functioning kitchen, built-in sound system and a selection of complimentary furniture, with additional pieces available to hire if needed.
The Boardroom
Our Boardroom is located on Level 1, 8 Brown St. It is an ideal location for a meeting or gathering for up to 20 people. This 42sqm space is fully air-conditioned and private with a concealed kitchenette. A fridge, glassware and chilled water is provided. There is an 85" screen with camera for conference calls and presentations as well as a large whiteboard. The room also includes a sound system for plug and play music. The boardroom has direct access to the laneway where you can find your coffee fix.

Meeting Room
The Meeting Room upstairs at 4 Brown St, is an ideal location for a meeting or small workshop. This 13sqm space seats up to ten people around a large rustic table, is fully air-conditioned, and your meeting can be screened off for privacy behind a large sliding barn door. The room includes a TV screen with HDMI connection, WIFI and a whiteboard.

Ponsonby Central offers a range of versatile spaces ideal for hosting markets of all sizes. From our open-air laneways with strong natural foot traffic, to dedicated indoor event spaces suited to curated or weather-proof markets, we can accommodate a variety of formats. Contact us to find out more.
Pop-Up Shops
We have a rotation of pop up spaces available for short term hire. Anything from fashion to art goes and our different spaces cater for all needs.
